Consumer Behavior Post Lockdown

Feedback Insights conducted a study to understand the “New Normal” that everyone is talking about & get a bearing on what Consumer Behaviour will be, post the lock down. This research was conducted with ~1200 core urban consumers. We got very interesting inputs & opinions and have used that to put together a short report as seen below. We have also arrived at 4 segments, based on consumer outlook and behaviour. They are Agile Anita, Rapid Rao, Steady Sam and Trailing Tarun.
