An Inside Story of team dynamics and culture that helped Feedback Insights administer an extremely complex Stakeholder Engagement Study Survey with quality and ease.

Pandemic was at its peak. The global workforce was getting used to virtual interactions. Feedback Insights was entrusted with a complex six-week ‘Stakeholder Engagement’ study for an infrastructure major in India. The survey for the study covered 8500 respondents, across segments, pan India using 28 variations of questionnaires.
The survey (field) team headed by Chandrakant B, consisted of about 60+ feedbackers – An Engagement Manager, four Team Leads and 60 tele-callers to ensure smooth administration.
A first for the team – such a large-scale study administered 100% virtually – with continuous customer interaction for day-to-day status updates and planning.
Multitasking, Stringent Deadlines. The Unseen Challenges
It was a herculean task for reporting managers and team leads to collaborate virtually with team members. The daily cadence call with the customer and report generation demanded time management and accuracy in the outcome.
Technology came to their rescue through ‘Pulse’, the inhouse developed tool for real time dashboards, sharing of access which helped assess progress, manage timelines and deliver quality output.
However, the biggest challenge faced by the team was of keeping the team motivated and the spirit alive amidst the pandemic fear that lay in everyone’s heart.
Diverse Skillset and Supportive Environment. How Did the Team Deliver Quality?
The project was tough, but the team tougher and excellent at multitasking. All the 60+ members came together in their effort, supported each other and steered the project to a huge success.
” It is not that the team pulled off an incredible feat of managing the complex survey during the peak of pandemic, it is the fact this survey administration did not hamper any of the other studies that they were responsible for which needs a special mention!”
Team head Chandrakant B recounts the experience
While team strength was a critical factor, they used a structured three-pronged approach to complete the study.

A Culture that Inspires and Motivates Every Employee
What made the study seamless during an uncertain time was the cohesive work culture and team bonding that’s in Feedback Insights DNA.
This helped manage the uncertainty and volatility of virtual administration. Supporting and motivating each team member for the job done went a long way in delivering the requisite outcomes with quality and ease.
