Over his 13 years of experience in the industry, He has delivered 70+ engagements in Consulting, Service Delivery Transformation, Key Account Management and Customer Service Improvement. He brings in a mix of problem definition, leading workshops and delivering successful programs.
Ganesh is adept at building a common context amongst stakeholders by bringing in research as an input but driving consensus for problem solving. The approach taken is not prescriptive but rather looking at the principles of customer centricity to allow the implementing team to accept change and act on it. The typical outcomes of implementation programs result in increased customer retention and satisfaction. Apart from the focus on Customer Experience engagements, he also handles employee, channel partner and be-spoke engagements.
As the “ideas to implementation” partner, Ganesh and his team engage with stakeholders across a client organization from the operational team to the CXO suite.
Ganesh is a Post graduate in Management (Marketing) from TAPMI, Manipal and Bachelors in Engineering from Mumbai University.
