Cancellation Policy:
- Before Fulfillment: You may cancel your order at any time before it is fulfilled. Please contact our customer support team with your order details to request cancellation. Note: This does not apply for virtual or downloadable products.
- After Fulfillment: Once your order has been fulfilled, unfortunately, we are unable to cancel it as it is a virtual item. However, you can still request a refund (see our refund policy below).
Refund Policy:
- Full Refund: If you cancel your order before it is fulfilled, we will provide a full refund to your original payment method. Note: This does not apply for virtual or downloadable products since they are are fulfilled in full as soon as payment is processed. However in case the order has not been fulfilled, you can request for a refund (See section How to Request a Cancellation and Refund)
- Partial Refund: For orders cancelled after fulfillment, we offer a partial refund. The refunded amount will be determined based on the extent of fulfillment completed at the time of cancellation. Note: This does not apply for virtual or downloadable products since they are are fulfilled in full as soon as payment is processed.
- Sale Items: Please note that sale items are eligible for refunds, but the refunded amount will be based on the discounted price paid at the time of purchase.
How to Request a Cancellation and Refund:
To request a cancellation or refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team via email by writing to [email protected], providing your order details and reason for cancellation / refund.
- If your order has been fulfilled, we will assess the extent of fulfillment and process a partial refund accordingly.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Important Notes:
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the virtual product has been accessed or utilized by the customer.
- Refunds may take several business days to process, depending on your bank or credit card company.
